Precision Flooring’s Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Manager – Nick Kostakis oversees the operations, financial management, business strategy, funding, and investment requirements of the company. Nick is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.

Driven by the desire to foster a positive culture in the workplace, Nick approaches every job with a ‘can-do’ attitude and maintains a continuous improvement mindset at all times. His experience combines leadership and strategic thinking coupled with strong problem-solving and business acumen. 

Previously, Nick held senior roles in the FMCG, manufacturing, and service sectors, and was the Asia Pacific Finance Director and CIO at Coleman Brands, where he led finance, Information Technology, and International Operations.

An avid Formula1 fan with a passion for sports, Nick also undertakes coaching duties in soccer and Oztag in his spare time.
