Precision Flooring’s Managing Director has been at the helm of the company for over 20 years. An original team member who purchased the company from its previous owner in 2021, Andrea remains committed to exceeding industry standards and using her expertise to ensure every project is brought to life with accuracy and ease.

Andrea holds two Master of Business degrees (attained in Germany and Australia) and has a strong professional background in product development and marketing.

Approaching every flooring job with a holistic mindset, Andrea strives to simplify project delivery from initial briefing through to installation and works closely with the Precision Flooring team and stakeholders to ensure a superior outcome is achieved every time.

Andrea possesses a natural interest in project management, is well-versed in flooring and construction, and is an expert problem solver. She is also an avid fan of audiobooks and enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest in tech.

As a Business Development Manager, Deborah has a keen eye for detail and a strong talent in clear and effective communication and delivery. Deborah is dedicated to making sure that our clients' visions are realised to a point of exactitude and style. Her outstanding problem-solving skills and exceptional positive attitude gain her respect within her wide network of clients, suppliers and team members. She truly cares for her customers which reflects in her day to day success.

A Director at Precision Flooring - Rob Rutkowski is an experienced timber flooring installer by trade with a solid reputation for excellence and precision.

His extensive knowledge of the flooring industry stems from his years as a business owner where he led a team of ten, offering specialty services such as carpentry, floor leveling, and floor sanding.

Rob believes every aspect of the flooring installation process should be executed to the highest industry standards and achieves this by spending time onsite with builders, site managers, and clients to ensure all stakeholders share the same vision and are ready to perform the required work with confidence

Rob’s connections to industry experts, along with his ability to liaise with various trades to ensure superior flooring results are an asset to his clients and often lead to new business partnerships.

A devoted family man, Rob proudly supports his son’s participation in national motor racing competitions and enjoys completing DIY projects about the family home.

Precision Flooring’s Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Manager - Nick Kostakis oversees the operations, financial management, business strategy, funding, and investment requirements of the company. Nick is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.

Driven by the desire to foster a positive culture in the workplace, Nick approaches every job with a ‘can-do’ attitude and maintains a continuous improvement mindset at all times. His experience combines leadership and strategic thinking coupled with strong problem-solving and business acumen.

Previously, Nick held senior roles in the FMCG, manufacturing, and service sectors, and was the Asia Pacific Finance Director and CIO at Coleman Brands, where he led finance, Information Technology, and International Operations.

An avid Formula1 fan with a passion for sports, Nick also undertakes coaching duties in soccer and Oztag in his spare time.

As the head of logistics at Precision Flooring, Louis takes care of the heavy lifting when it comes to getting your new floor to site... literally!
