The resident couple for this Haberfield property wished for their much-beloved 20-year old Italian dining suite to become the centrepiece of their home. Celebrating only the best in Italian carpentry had to go hand-in-hand with the highest possible quality in flooring.
Solid chevron parquetry in fumed grey was used throughout the home (lovingly reimagined by Greg Natale) to offset the table and chairs’ cherrywood form. Achieving a delicate balance through soft muted tones we rarely see pulled off with such eclat, the refined use of grey throughout is accentuated by small veins of green to contribute to a cohesive design.
