German-born Andrea Rabe – Precision Flooring’s Managing Director has been at the helm of the company for over 13 years. An original team member who purchased the company from its previous owner in 2021, Andrea remains committed to exceeding industry standards and using her expertise to ensure every project is brought to life with accuracy and ease.

Andrea holds two Master of Business degrees (attained in Germany and Australia) and has a strong professional background in product development and marketing.

Approaching every flooring job with a holistic mindset, Andrea strives to simplify project delivery from initial briefing through to installation and works closely with the Precision Flooring team and stakeholders to ensure a superior outcome is achieved every time.

Andrea possesses a natural interest in project management, is well-versed in flooring and construction, and is an expert problem solver. She is also an avid fan of audiobooks and enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest in tech.
